Our cakes are commercially baked by Wildflour Gluten Free Baking Co (Bellevue, WA). Their facility is 100% gluten-free. Our products are celiac safe!
We only use plant-based, non-dairy ingredients!
Our cakes are sweetened with a blend of erythritol and monk fruit. Monk fruit is a plant-based sweetener substitute from the gourd family (also known as Luo Han Guo). Monk fruit is anti-inflammatory, has zero calories, zero carbohydrates and zero sugar. It is low-glycemic and DIABETES SAFE, often used by those on KETO diets.
We believe that our cakes should look just as good as any other cake, and equally as fun and vibrant! We only use plant-based ingredients to color our cakes.
Our cakes are made in small batches, with each of our meringue layers piped by hand. Because our cakes are meringues, not sponge, there will be variations from cake layer to cake layer.
